CDA Competitive Team Gala

The Newmarket Studio Competitive Team Gala will be held Saturday March 6, 2010 at Sir William Mulock High School. Dinner will be at 4:30 pm and the show will start at 6:00 pm. Tickets are available at the studio, $30 show and dinner, $10 show only. It is a great opportunity for dancers and parents to socialize and gave the team a chance to perform their competive numbers in costume and before a live audience.

CDA Dancers at Newmarket Santa Claus Parade

CDA Float Newmarket Santa Claus Parade 2009

Students and teachers from the CDA Newmarket Studio appeared in the Newmarket Santa Claus Parade Saturday Nov 21. Afterwards many participants warmed up with hot chocolate at the studio. Thanks to everyone for attending and to the parent and teacher helpers.

CDA Dancers Appeared at Children's Heath Festival Sept 19, 2009

Dancers from CDA performed their award winning number "Pop, Lock and Drop it" at the Children's Heath Festival, Sept 19, 2009, Mulock and Yonge Centre, Newmarket.

CDA at StarCatchers in Ajax

CDA Dancers The CDA competitive team participated in the StarCatchers Dance Competition in Ajax March 27-29. The team did well coming home with many awards. For the complete results see the awards page

CDA Summer Dance Camp

New this year we had a very sucessful summer camp program including an Intensive Summer Camp for Competitive Level students with GUEST CHOREOGRAPHERS from "So You Think You Can Dance!" If you haven't already picked up your DVD of the camp performance please do so at the studio more >>

2008 Newmarket Santa Claus Parade

Congratulations to all! CDA won best youth float in the parade on Saturday! Despite the bad weather, students and parents made the best of it, singing and dancing throughout the parade!

Argos Cheerleaders Dance Night!

The Argos Cheerleaders Dance Night was a great success. We sold over 200 tickets and therefore got the opportunity to dance on the field during half time. Thank you everone for comming out and for those of you who provided rides to CDA students. A big thanks to Jennifer for organizing the ticket sales.

Please Welcome CDA's Newest Dancer!

Congratulations Chantal! Please welcome CDA's newest dancer. Cassandra 6 lbs 5 ozs Born 7:22 pm 06/07/08. Mom and baby are doing fine. Says Chantal: We are very excited for her to meet everyone- and I know the kids will be excited to see what was in my tummy this whole dance year

CDA in the Community

Lilac Festival, Lindsay- May 23
Lindsay Recreational Students performed at the Lindsay Lilac Festival. Thank you to Sara Yardy and Bethany Rees for organizing. Thanks also to all the students and parents that were able to make it out.
