Below you will find a very informative email! It lists very important upcoming dates (please be sure to mark them on your calendars!)

1. We are having a Teacher Meeting on Friday to discuss student levels, any necessary changes, solos etc
2. If your Son/Daughter is unable to make it to dance, please remember to call the office, you will also need to follow up with your teacher to see what has been missed, as we get further along in the term, more and more choreography will be learned - it is important that your Son/Daughter is at each class, ontime and ready to learn. If classes have been missed you can set up a private lesson with your teacher. Private Lessons are $25.00/lesson plus GST.
3. If your child is sick - please remember to keep them at home. We have had several students and teachers sick in the last few weeks - CDA is committed to providing a Healthy dance environment, and clean and disinfect the Studio frequently, to help combat germs!
4. Saturday October 17th 2009 - Parent/Teacher Meeting 12-1:00pm - PLEASE Remember to bring all of the letters you have written to the Region of York - so that Chantal can compose everything!
5. Any Volunteers wishing to help decorate the Studio - Please come in on Saturday October 17th 2009 between 9-12:00 noon!!!! We need all the help we can - to prepare for our Halloween Party!
6. Halloween Party - Saturday October 31st 2009 - From 1:00-3:00pm -PLEASE NOTE THE NEW TIME!!!
7. Toronto Argos - Tickets are selling fast, if you have not already purchased your tickets, please see the office ASAP - they are $35.00 a ticket, and each student will need one. Parents please remember, you will need to make arrangements to get your dancer to the Rogers Centre ON TIME - Date: November 7th 2009
8. Solos - Solos will start next week - there will be a list posted on the Front Board, and a follow up email will be sent.
9. Competitive Students should be in 2 or more Ballet classes a week - Ballet is very important to student technique, if you have any questions please contact Chantal or speak with your Teacher.
10. If your Son/Daughter is in more then one ballet class, there will be only 1 Costume (you will not have a costume fee for each ballet class).
11. PLEASE REMEMBER it is now October - ALL Dance class fees, including Costume Deposits, Competition Fees etc Need to be in the Office. Costume Fees Can be paid now, or postdated for November 1st 2009 and Competition Fees can be paid now, or Post Dated for Jan 1st 2010. If you would like to make/discuss your payments, please contact Kim at the Office. She is in Monday, Wed-Friday or you can speak with Julie on Tuesdays.
